I have an interest in how the built environment shapes places beyond the architecture. I studied Spatial Planning & Urban Design with Cass Cities at London Metropolitan University. The focus of the MA was on industrial land loss in London, a city grappling with rapid changes in both physical make up and economic activities. I explored a scenario where industrial spaces were incorporated into new schemes, along with commercial uses and residential uses.

Understanding all of the city is paramount to my work. We must investigate and uncover what a place is before attempting to make an intervention. That's an important ethos to me. I believe that the key to great place making is working with already exists. Use art to represent ideas, make the developing process inclusive and fun. Speak with and listen to folk.

I also have a degree in Architectural Technology and a qualification in Furniture Making. Previously I worked as an Architectural Model Maker & Furniture Maker, and Architectural Assistant, a Screen Printer, and a Prop Maker.
